These terms govern your use of aiwisefamily.com and any product purchased through it, including The AI Talk guide (together, the "Service"), operated by AI-Wise Family ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or buying The AI Talk, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What we offer

AI-Wise Family provides a free self-assessment quiz for parents ("How AI-wise is your family?") and a paid digital guide, The AI Talk, covering conversations, rules, and habits for helping children use AI well. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, or safeguarding advice. If a child may be at immediate risk, contact an appropriate health professional, crisis service, or emergency service.

Purchases and payment

• The AI Talk is a one-time purchase of $19 USD, billed once at checkout — no subscription, no recurring charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• The AI Talk is a digital product delivered instantly by download link and email — there is no physical shipment.
• Prices, currency, and availability may change without notice, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.

Refunds

If The AI Talk isn't useful for your family, email hi@aiwisefamily.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Your license to use The AI Talk

When you buy The AI Talk, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the PDF or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, design, quiz content, and The AI Talk guide, is owned by AI-Wise Family and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that material to you beyond the limited licence described above.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the Service to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to make sure the quiz and The AI Talk are accurate, useful, and grounded in current research, but every family and child is different, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome from using them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-Wise Family will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AI-Wise Family grows. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
